Radius FG is a new digitization of the Art Nouveau hot-metal font “Radium”, published in 1905 by the German typefoundry Ludwig & Mayer. The bold weight of this typeface became popular again in the 1970s on album and book covers after Hubertus Carl “Hace” Frey had reworked it under the new name “Charleston”.

This version, like the old hot-metal typeface, comes with a regular and bold weight, both with lots of (Latin) characters for most West and East European languages.
