The main purpose is to protect the intellectual property rights of font authors as much as possible, while offering the authors the flexibility to override these terms in a readme.txt file. Some font authors might not provide sufficient information in their own terms, so this license covers the bare essentials that might have been missed.
All fonts offered on Fontesk are the intellectual property of their respective authors, unless they are in the public domain and provided they are original.
All fonts may be downloaded and used free of charge for personal use, as long as the usage is not racist or illegal. Fonts available for personal use are limited to projects that will not be related with any business or monetary gain. This includes work for personal art, gifts, charity, student and other non commercial projects.
For commercial use of a font, please check the font zip-file for a readme.txt, license.pdf or an equivalent file for licensing information. If no information is given, commercial use is not allowed without prior written permission from the respective author. Please contact the author to ask for commercial licensing in such a case. Fonts in the public domain may be used free for commercial use.
