Experimental display typeface created for sci-fi interfaces, UI/UX design, branding, and visual storytelling. ProtoScript is a fictional writing system — a display typeface inspired by Japanese katakana, East Asian calligraphy, and cyberpunk aesthetics. It offers a set of abstract symbols and unique graphemes — designed for imagined worlds and speculative design.
Concept
ProtoScript visualizes abstract data as symbolic projections — inspired by star clusters, point clouds, and spatial structures in 3D space.
This typeface represents a small fragment of a larger imaginary system — a visual language for fictional worlds.
This project was created as a personal exploration within Transparent House — reflecting our approach to experimental design and visual language development.
