Vietnam's rich typographic heritage served as a wellspring of inspiration for Lost Type. The font captures the essence of the bygone era, where bold letterforms adorned storefronts, posters, and advertisements, leaving an indelible mark on the urban landscape.
Lost Type pays homage to the iconic Slab Serif fonts like Clarendon. While borrowing its essence from Clarendon, Lost Type boasts a boxier and wider design, enhancing its visual impact and legibility. The all-caps nature of Lost Type further amplifies its commanding presence, making it an ideal choice for headlines, titles, and bold statements.
