Florem is a typeface created after the designer visited Ttukseom, Seoul. Suddenly surrounded by flowers in the middle of summer – she wanted to created something to reflect the joy she felt.
Florem is also inspired by the sharpness and softness in masculine portrayals observed in the city of Seoul. It combines fragility and blockiness to communicate these qualities.
